Brazilian coach Ricardo Belli took over the Venezuelan national team in February 2025, tasked with leading the side through the new CONMEBOL Copa América™ cycle and toward the Women’s World Cup qualifiers.


The 38-year-old has a strong track record developing young talent in Brazil and led Palmeiras to their first CONMEBOL Libertadores Femenina title in 2022. He most recently managed Mexican club Toluca.
