Two of the biggest Latin American artists will be the stars of the CONMEBOL Copa America Brazil 2019 Closing Ceremony at the Maracana Stadium on July 7. Anitta and Pedro Capó were confirmed by the organization as the musical attractions for the Final of the 46th edition of the oldest tournament of selections in the world. It will be the first time that the Brazilian star will play a duet with the Puerto Rican star. With her hits "Show das Podererosas", "Paradinha" and "Bang", Anitta became an idol in the musical taste of most Brazilians. The talent of the carioca artist turned her into a reference in the international scene and led her to play duets with big celebrities such as Madonna and Maluma. "I was very honored and happy with the invitation. I'm sure this will be another unforgettable moment in my career. It will be a very special presentation," said Anitta about her performance in the Closing Ceremony for the CONMEBOL Copa America Brazil 2019. Grandson of renowned Puerto Rican singer Bobby Capó, Pedro Capó is known not only for his beautiful voice, but also for his compositions, like the recent "Calma". Aged 38 and with an artistic projection in the American market, Pedro Capó is fan of Brazilian music and has recorded a Spanish version of "Vamos Fugir" by Gilberto Gil - "Vamos a Huir". The CONMEBOL Copa America Brazil 2019 Closing Ceremony will be the final part of the story started at the Opening Ceremony of the competition on June 14th.
