CONMEBOL extends association with Mastercard until 2023

This was announced by both parties, renewing the sponsorship for the CONEMBOL Copa América 2019 and joining the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2019 for the first time.

Miami, February 27, 2019. The South American Football Confederation, CONMEBOL announced on Monday its sponsorship agreement with Mastercard, for the brand to be the Official Partner of Payment Services and the Brand of Contactless Payments for the CONMEBOL Copa América Brazil 2019 and the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2019.

With this new agreement, CONMEBOL renews its sponsorship association with Mastercard for the twelfth consecutive edition of the CONMEBOL Copa América and for the first time will be a sponsor of the CONMEBOL Libertadores, a relationship that will be until 2023.

Mastercard has an established heritage in sports, with an attitude that constantly seeks to conquer new challenges to improve the payment experience for football lovers.
