Designated officials for the first round of the CONMEBOL Copa America



The CONMEBOL Referees Committee has released the list of officials designated to oversee the first two days of the CONMEBOL Copa America 2021.

The opening game of the oldest continental tournament in the world between hosts Brazil and Venezuela on Sunday will be refereed by the Uruguayan Esteban Ostojich, with the Chilean Julio Bascuñán in charge of the VAR.

Later in the day Argentines Néstor Pitana and Mauro Vigliano (VAR) will be the referees for the game between Colombia and Ecuador in Group B.

Já na segunda-feira, a partida do Grupo A entre Argentina e Chile terá como árbitro o colombiano Wilmar Roldán e o compatriota Jhon Ospina no comando do VAR.

Then on Monday the Group A match between Argentina and Chile will be refereed by Colombian Wilmar Roldán and his compatriot Jhon Ospina will in charge of the VAR.
