Tickets centers starts on May 10th

Physical points in the five host cities will be available to claim the tickets of those who bought online. In these places, tickets will also be sold starting from May 15.

 The fans who bought their tickets on the official website copaamerica.com will be able to obtain their tickets for the CONMEBOL Copa América Brazil 2019 starting this Friday, May 10, at the Entrance Centers of Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo. The physical points will work from 10 in the morning, until 8 at night, seven days a week, including holidays.

From May 15, the five Entrance Centers will be also available as official physical points for the sale of tickets, based on the availability of seats. In parallel, fans will have the option to buy on the portal copaamerica.com.

To withdraw the tickets, the fans must have printed the voucher generated at the time of purchase, present an identification document with photo and the credit card used in the purchase. In the case of half-tickets, intended only for Brazilians, in addition to the voucher, it is necessary to present a document proving eligibility to obtain entry into this category. The same verification process will be necessary for those who have the right to free tickets.

Tickets will be delivered only to the owner of the purchase. In case of any impediment, the owner can deliver a power of attorney for a third party to claim the tickets. It is necessary to stand out that, in addition to power of attorney, the other documents of the holder of the tickets will also be required.

The maximum limit for fans to claim their tickets at the Entrance Centers is until the end of the game for which they purchased their tickets. At all points it will be possible to print the ballot for any of the headquarters.

The Local Organizing Committee of the CONMEBOL Copa América Brazil 2019 reminds that tickets must be kept and taken care of, before and during matches. Reprinting will not be done under any circumstances, for security reasons, thus avoiding tickets for the same seat being circulated.

Sale in the Entrance Centers

In the Entrance Centers, starting on May 15, fans will have the right to buy 5 tickets per game, for a maximum of 7 games, the same restriction for those who make the acquisition in the portal copaamerica.com.

The procedure for the purchase is simple: when arriving at the Entrance Center the person will be directed to a self-service terminal, where you must remove the password referring to the purchase of the ticket. When called through a monitor, inform the operator of the counter about the desired match. If there is availability, you can make the purchase in cash, credit card or debit card and you will receive the ticket immediately. It is not possible to choose the seats, but the price category. The system will select the best positions available at the moment.

The sale of tickets on game days will close at the scheduled time when the stadium doors will open, both in the CDIs and on the website.

CONMEBOL Copa América Brazil 2019

The 46th edition of the oldest national teams tournament in the world, which returns to Brazil after 30 years, will be disputed in five host cities (Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo), by 12 participating teams.
