Opening of the press accreditation process (NRH) - CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™

Non-Rights Holding (NRH) media journalists who wish to cover the CONMEBOL COPA AMERICA™ to be played from June 20 to July 14, 2024, in the United States, are invited to add all required information on the following platform: mediahub.conmebol.com. 

 NOTE: 

  •  It is very important to note, that media representatives must have an approved profile on Media Hub CONMEBOL before they can request accreditation for the competition. The online registration form for the Media Hub can be found at conmebol.com.  

All applications will be considered and analyzed according to the quotas that CONMEBOL considers appropriate.  

For this reason, applications must be submitted by 18:00 (Paraguayan time) on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. 

Completion of the accreditation application does not in any way constitute confirmation of the granting of the requested quota, which will be subject to availability. 

Radio stations, Web Radios, TVs, etc. that will NOT be broadcasting (they will only be providing journalistic coverage) must complete the application form found in the link above. 

Only the radio/web radio stations that will acquire the broadcasting rights are authorized to broadcast the games. 

NOTE FOR RADIO BROADCASTING – Radio stations, Web Radios, TVs, etc. wishing to broadcast the matches of the tournament should contact Lucia Paz at email: lucia.paz@teamcopa.com with a copy to comercial@conmebol.com to acquire the rights. 

  

 Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 

 Those who register will be duly informed of the decision, via email, as of Wednesday, May 08, 2024. 

OBS: In a second stage, after the answers to the approved journalists, the link will be sent to make the request for admission to the matches and SADs for Mixed Zone and Press Conferences.  

CONMEBOL will determine the designation of places taking into account the availability of locations and the type of media and function of the professionals. 

MEDIA QUOTAS PER MATCH   

  • Radios/web radios – up to 01 journalist per medium
  • Written press/web – up to 01 journalists per medium.
  • Digital networks and platforms – up to 01 journalist per medium.
  • Photographers from written Press and web – up to 01 per media outlet.
  • NRH Channel (Non-Rights Holders) – up to 01 journalist and 01 camera-man per outlet.
  • International agencies – up to 02 journalists and 02 photographers each. 

 Note: All documentation processes for entry and stay in the country hosting the event are the responsibility of the journalist.
