Physical points in the five host cities will be available to claim the tickets of those who bought online. In these places, tickets will also be sold starting from May 15.  The fans who bought their tickets on the official website copaamerica.com will be able to obtain their tickets for the CONMEBOL Copa América Brazil 2019 starting this Friday, May 10, at the Entrance Centers of Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo. The physical points will work from 10 in the morning, until 8 at night, seven days a week, including holidays. From May 15, the five Entrance Centers will be also available as official physical points for the sale of tickets, based on the availability of seats. In parallel, fans will have the option to buy on the portal copaamerica.com. To withdraw the tickets, the fans must have printed the voucher generated at the time of purchase, present an identification document with photo and the credit card used in the purchase. In the case of half-tickets, intended only for Brazilians, in addition to the voucher, it is necessary to present a document proving eligibility to obtain entry into this category. The same verification process will be necessary for those who have the right to free tickets. Tickets will be delivered only to the owner of the purchase. In case of any impediment, the owner can deliver a power of attorney for a third party to claim the tickets. It is necessary to stand out that, in addition to power of attorney, the other documents of the holder of the tickets will also be required. The maximum limit for fans to claim their tickets at the Entrance Centers is until the end of the game for which they purchased their tickets. At all points it will be possible to print the ballot for any of the headquarters. The sale of tickets on game days will close at the scheduled time when the stadium doors will open, both in the CDIs and on the website.
