This Thursday, January 29, the four national teams that will compete for the title at the CONMEBOL Copa América Futsal 2026™ were confirmed.
The semifinalists of the CONMEBOL Copa América Futsal 2026™
Argentina (1st – Group A)
Finished first in Group A after victories over Peru, Ecuador, and Paraguay. Drew against Uruguay. Argentina will be aiming for its fourth title.
Peru (2nd – Group A)
A historic performance for La Bicolor, whose best previous finish in the tournament was seventh place. They defeated Paraguay, Ecuador, and Uruguay, and lost to Argentina.
Brazil (1st – Group B)
The dominant force in the discipline is chasing its 12th title. After drawing its opening match against Colombia, Brazil went on to beat Bolivia, Chile, and Venezuela.
Venezuela (2nd – Group B)
La Vinotinto was the only team to qualify for the semifinals with a match to spare: they won their first three games (against Colombia, Chile, and Bolivia) and then lost to Brazil.
How and when will the semifinals be played?
Both matches will be played on Saturday. Argentina will face Venezuela at 4:30 p.m., while Brazil will take on Peru at 7:15 p.m.
