Uruguay (24), Paraguay (24), and Colombia (22) currently hold the last direct spots, while Venezuela (18) would qualify for the playoff, in pursuit of its first-ever World Cup. The standings are completed by Bolivia (17), Peru (12), and Chile (10).
All the matches of Matchday 17 will be played on the same day (September 4), and the same will happen on the final matchday (9/9).
