Colombia and Venezuela earn their first point in the CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina 2025™
They drew 0-0 in the second round of Group B.

- Colombia made their tournament debut with a draw.
- Venezuela had lost to Brazil in their opener.
Colombia and Venezuela drew 0-0 in the second matchday of Group B in the CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina 2025™.
Las Cafeteras were the last team to make their debut in the tournament after sitting out the first round. They started the game with more possession and pushed forward against Venezuela. A shot by Mayra Ramírez, one of Colombia’s standout players, narrowly missed in the 7th minute.
Venezuela gradually found their rhythm and even had the best chance of the first half: Daniuska Rodríguez struck from outside the box and hit the crossbar.
The teams went into halftime with no goals, and the second half followed a similar pattern, though with a slower pace. The match became more fragmented and ended as the first goalless game of the tournament.
Both teams will play again on Saturday, the 19th: Venezuela will face Bolivia and Colombia will take on Paraguay.
