The promises and the commitments are there to be fulfilled and honored. Santiago del Estero, its authorities and the entire community always understood this. For this reason, this week the Government of Santiago del Estero delivered the works of the 'Estadio Único', which will host in 2021, one of the matches of the CONMEBOL Copa América, although in that city they do not lose the faith of hosting any other game of the oldest continental national team competition in the world. For June 30, the game between Paraguay and Uruguay was marked in this venue and 45 days before what would have been the appointment of teams, this year, if it had not been postponed for next, the colossus of metal and cement with capacity for about 30 thousand seated spectators stands tall and says "present, I'm ready, I want football ..." The stage has VIP areas, covered areas for the press, high and low seats and  preferences, more than 20 boxes and comfortable popular sectors behind goals. Modern and functional, with four changing rooms, according to current demands, the stage has a large press room for communicators. The Governor of the Santiago del Estero province, Gerado Zamora, was quite excited when presenting the stadium, and saying "mission accomplished", regarding the times and deadlines for delivery of the work, which will undoubtedly be one of the great scenarios of the continental contest. The CONMEBOL Copa América 2021 will be held jointly in Argentina and Colombia, the opening match will be held by Argentina and Chile at the Monumental de Núñez and the tournament will close with the final match to be played at the Barranquilla stadium in Colombia.
