The Bank of America Stadium was inaugurated in 1996 and is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is currently home to two teams: the Carolina Panthers (NFL) and the Charlotte FC (MLS).

It had activity during the final week of the CONMEBOL Copa América United States 2024™: on July 10, it hosted the semifinal where Colombia defeated Uruguay 1-0, and also the Third Place match on July 13, where Uruguay won against Canada in the penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw in regular time.

As a major venue for concerts where stars like Beyoncé performed in 2023, the Bank of America Stadium hosted a concert by George Strait alongside Chris Stapleton in 2024.

The stadium, which hosted Mexico in a friendly against Ghana in October 2023, has six panthers distributed at the three entrances. They are called the 'Indomitable Spirit'.
