CONMEBOL Copa América™
  • The 2022 runners-up play their first match in this edition.
  • Venezuela hopes to improve after a tough match against Brazil.

Colombia will be the last team to make its debut in the CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina 2025™ this Wednesday, July 16, when it faces Venezuela at Estadio Gonzalo Pozo Ripalda.

La Vinotinto faces another major challenge in Group B but arrives with confidence after a solid performance against the reigning champions last Sunday (13). The team coached by Ricardo Belli showed competitiveness and potential to dream big this year.

Colombia, the most recent continental runners-up, is looking to continue its rise on the international stage—not only for what it achieved in the 2022 Copa América but also thanks to its historic campaign at the last Women’s World Cup. Forward Linda Caicedo is the biggest hope to lead Las Cafeteras to their first-ever title.
