Champion in 1939
Peru lifted its first CONMEBOL Copa América™ title in 1939, in an edition it hosted. The team had a memorable campaign which went down in history as one of the first great feats in Peruvian football history.
Champion in 1975
The second title would arrive in 1975, in a tournament that was played without a fixed host. Peru lifted the crown after beating Colombia in the final, becoming the fourth team to win multiple Copas América after Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.
