Atlanta, GA (June 18, 2024) - Nine-time Latin GRAMMY nominee and currently one of the most internationally successful artists in Latin music, Feid, is confirmed as the opening act for the CONMEBOL Copa América USA 2024™️ festivities.


The opening ceremony will take place on June 20 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, before the first match of the tournament, featuring the reigning champions, Argentina, against Canada, making their debut in the world’s oldest continental national team competition.


The match will kick off in Atlanta at 8:00 PM (local time), where the current champions of America and the World, led by Lionel Scaloni and featuring global and South American soccer stars like Lionel Messi, ‘Dibu’ Martínez, and Julián Álvarez, will face off against the North American team managed by Jesse Marsch, including players such as Alphonso Davies, Jonathan David, and Stephen Eustáquio, among other top-level athletes.

His way of speaking, singing, and even dressing resonates with his fans worldwide. Although he mainly works in reggaeton, he blends his voice with influences ranging from EDM, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Rhythm and Blues, to Afrobeat, among many other genres.

CONMEBOL Copa América 2024


The CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ will be played in the United States and includes ten teams from CONMEBOL and six invited teams from Concacaf. In this edition, this traditional tournament will be organized by both confederations.


The 6 Concacaf teams qualified through the 2023/24 Concacaf Nations League. The representatives from North, Central America, and the Caribbean are the United States, Panama, Jamaica, Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica.


In the 48th edition of one of the continent's most important competitions, this will be the second time in the tournament's history that it will host 16 teams, having featured the same number of teams in its 2016 edition, also held in the United States.


National teams that have won ten combined FIFA World Cup™ titles and the world's greatest football stars will take the field to play 32 matches in this edition of the tournament in June and July 2024.
