Venezuela defeated Chile and finished seventh

Day 6 of the CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina Futsal 2025™ concluded with Venezuela’s victory over Chile, leaving only one matchday remaining in Sorocaba.
Midway through the first half, Venezuela moved the ball, then Magdaleno took on her marker, and finally, Da Silva struck a precise shot to open the scoring.
In the second half, Venezuela extended the lead: Rivas carried the ball from her own half, played a one-two with Fuentes, and finished to score Vinotinto’s second goal against Chile. Later, Magdaleno tapped in from close range after a well-worked team play.
Chile finished in eighth place, while Venezuela (a semifinalist in 2023) secured seventh place.
