From June 20 to July 14, the 48th edition of the world’s oldest national team tournament was played. After 32 matches, Argentina lifted its 16th CONMEBOL Copa América™ title.


Colombia was the highest-scoring team, with 12 goals. Their 5-0 win over Panama in the Quarterfinals was the highlight of their campaign.


Uruguay followed closely with 11 goals. La Celeste also secured a 5-0 victory in the Group Stage against Bolivia.


There were 70 goals scored across 32 matches, with an average of 2.19 goals per game.

In terms of individual scorers, Lautaro Martínez was the tournament's top scorer with 5 goals, averaging 1 every 50 minutes played.


Right behind the Argentine was Venezuela’s Salomón Rondón, with 3 goals, averaging 1 every 116 minutes.
