CONMEBOL Copa América 2021 Schedule

After the CONMEBOL Council meeting, the National Team Competitions Direction announced a tight schedule for the CONMEBOL Copa America Argentina Colombia 2021.
Buenos Aires will host the kickoff on June 11, while the warm Barranquilla will host the final, on July 10.
The adjustments for the tournament are related to the calendar and regulations, and do not change the groups or the format of the dispute, being maintained the structure Group A / South Zone and Group B / North Zone.
Some of the changes in the calendar are the dispute for third place, which will take place on 10 July in Bogotá, and the change of up to three players from each national team list, once the group stage has ended, as well as substitutions due to injuries. These changes are intended to minimize travel between the venues and add rest days for qualified teams between the group phase and the quarter-finals.
