During the CONMEBOL Copa América™, it will host three matches: the first one will be on June 25th for Group A, between Argentina and Chile. It will be a rematch of the Copa Centenario final, played by the same teams and ending in a 0-0 draw; finally, Chile would win the title through a penalty shootout.

The second match will take place on June 27th, between Uruguay and Bolivia, for Group C, and its participation in the tournament will conclude on July 9th, when the semi-final match between the teams from Groups A and B will be played.

Wrestlemania, on two occasions (2013 and 2019), and the Super Bowl (2014) have seen action in a stadium with an astonishing capacity.
