Neymar returns to the field after more than a year

The Brazilian, who missed the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ due to injury, will play for Al Hilal on October 21.

Neymar Jr. will return to the field for Al Hilal in their AFC Champions League match against Al Ain.


The Brazilian last played on October 17, 2023, when he tore his anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his left knee during a World Cup Qualifier match between Brazil and Uruguay.


A month before his injury, Neymar Jr. became Brazil's all-time top scorer with 79 goals, surpassing Pelé.

The talented player, who rose to prominence at Santos, missed the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ due to his knee injury, which kept him off the field for more than a year.
